摘要：针对石化企业高温、高速、长寿命的要求,设计了一种新型改性聚四氟乙烯油封。这种油封具有非对称双唇结构,在唇口背部设有回油叶片,并在密封唇上开有螺旋回流槽。实验测试结果表明,这种新型油封具有非常优良的密封性能和使用性能,具有良好的推广应用价值。
A new type Teflon （PTFE） lip seal was developed to satisfy the sealing requirement ical plant for high quality seal products used in elevated temperature, high speed condition with of oil refinery and chemlong service life. The lip seal is a hydrodynamic seal with a special elastomeric rib and asymmetry configuration. Some grooves were designed on the back of the lip. Test results reveal that the lip seal performs very well under the critical conditions with a relatively good service life. It can be used in a wide field.
