摘要：NOVELTY - A gene encoding cellulase with wide pH range, the gene comprising a defined nucleotide sequence of 702 bp (SEQ ID NO. 1), given in the specification, is new. USE - The cellulase is used in washing agent, food industry, textile industry, petrochemical industry, medicine production and feed production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) cellulase with wide pH range, comprising a defined sequence of 233 amino acids (SEQ ID NO. 2), given in the specification; and (2) a method for preparing immobilized cellulase.
