摘要：在公共权利委托代理中存在着严重的信息不对称 ,这种不对称阻碍了我国民主政治的发展 ,实施电子政务是降低政府和公众信息不对称的一个很好的解决方案。文章在分析传统政务中信息不对称的前提下 。
The serious asymmetric information in the public right authorization is harmful to the development of the democracy in China. The implementation of the E government is a very effective way to reduce the asymmetric information in the government and public. Based on the analysis of the asymmetric information in the traditional governmental affairs,some effective strategies are put forward in this paper.
