摘要:为了探究异构化烯烃对所合成的烯基琥珀酸(ASA)施胶剂性能的影响,以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂制备了1-18烯的异构化烯烃,探究了不同异构化条件下,异构化烯烃的结构组成。同时,以异构化烯烃为原料合成了ASA施胶剂,探究了烯烃异构化程度对所合成ASA施胶剂性能的影响。实验结果表明:随异构化时间增加,异构化程度提高,由双键异构化转向骨架异构化。随异构化时间增加,所合成ASA的熔点降低,乳化后粒径增大稳定性变差,ASA施胶性能先升高后降低,异构化16 h时ASA有最佳的施胶性能。支链烯烃的含量与所合成ASA熔点呈线性关系,含量过高将导致ASA乳化性能与施胶性能的下降。
In order to investigate the effect of isomerized olefin on the properties of the synthesized alkenyl succinic acid(ASA)sizing agent,isomerized octadecene was prepared by using cation exchange resin as catalyst.And the structural composition of isomerized olefins under different isomerization conditions was investigated.Meanwhile,the effect of olefin isomerization on the properties of ASA sizing agent synthesized from isomerized olefins was investigated.The experimental results illustrated that the degree of isomerization increased over time,the double bond isomerization gradually transformed into skeletal isomerization.Furthermore,with the increase of isomerization time,the corresponding melting point of synthesized ASA decreased.Then particle size of ASA emulsion were increased and their stability became worse.The performance of ASA sizing agent increased first and then decreased,and ASA possessed the best performance after the isomerization for 16 h.There is a linear relation between the content of branched olefins and ASA melting point.If the content of branched olefins is too high,the emulsification performance and sizing performance will decrease.
