摘要:失效分析是一个复杂的过程,很大程度上依赖分析者的知识和经验积累,因此总结过往失效案例的规律,对于提高设备的安全水平具有重要的意义。本文在收集和整理了大量国内外典型失效案例的基础上,建立了一种基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的失效数据库,该数据库通过网络向社会开放,可实现失效案例的检索和查看。同时在收集整理国内的失效案例的基础上,探讨不同构件、材料的失效规律。结果表明管道、螺纹联接件和轴类零件是主要的失效构件。进一步分析发现管道的局部腐蚀、螺纹联接件的氢脆以及轴类零件的疲劳是比较突出的失效问题。
Failure analysis is a complex process, which not only involves varieties of analysis and testing techniques, but also largely depends on the knowledge and experience of researchers. Therefore, summarizing the rules of past failure cases is of great significance to improve the safety level of equipment. By establishing failure database, failure cases scattering everywhere are collected and stored in the form of documents, then technical personnel can search and view them according to keywords. The establishment of a failure database system can help analyze the failure of mechanical products quickly and accurately. Based on the collection and arrangement of typical failure cases at domestic and foreign, focusing on the failure mode, failure components and the type of failure material, the failure database with a browser/server mode is designed and developed. The failure database is open to the society through the network, and provides the full-text search function of a failure case. The failure database can provide a good reference for the technical analysis and treatment of new accidents. Besides, this investigation discusses the failure rules of different components and materials based on collection and sorting out the failure cases in China through using statistical analysis method. From the overall distribution of failure cases, pipes, threaded joints and shaft parts are the main failure components. The failure characteristics of these three components are further analyzed. It is found that the local corrosion failure of pipelines, hydrogen embrittlement failure of high strength threaded joints and fatigue failure of shaft parts are the prominent failure problems.
