摘要:NOVELTY - Manufacture of low-melt-strength polyester/clay nanocomposite involves (i) melt-mixing commercial polyester chips (polyester or recycled material), polyfunctional chain extender and organic modified clay using twin-screw extruder, (ii) melt-mixing modified polyester, modified polyester and organically-modified clay in twin-screw extruder or single screw extruder, or (iii) melt-mixing commercial polyester chips (polyester or recycled materials), dried organic modified clay and polyfunctional chain extender in twin-screw extruder or single screw extruder.
