摘要:NOVELTY - The synthesis of perfluoropolyether involves (1) adding a solvent and a catalyst (I) into a pressure vessel, controlling reaction temperature at -30--60 degrees C, carrying out polymerization reaction with initiator and hexafluoropropylene oxide, obtaining perfluoropolyether fluoride, (2) adding perfluoropolyether fluoride, solvent and catalyst (II) into a reaction kettle, heating at 150-300 degrees C and carrying out decarbonylation reaction. USE - Synthesis of perfluoropolyether (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesis of perfluoropolyether with high molecular weight by simple, safe and economical process.
