摘要：第三代批判理论家南茜·弗雷泽在对该时代进行诊断的基础上提出了当今处于全球化的后社会主义时代。在这个时代,承认问题正在凸显,而国家作为正义主体的地位受到了挑战,由此也带来正义诉求的变化。本文以全球化的时代背景及其带来的正义诉求的变化为基础,从'什么'正义、'谁'之正义、'如何'正义等方面阐释弗雷泽的正义构想。弗雷泽在当今世界有重要的意义,她对全球化的诊断以及对全球化时代正义的构想,反映了批判理论家在全球化时代对民族国家和超国家层面的公平正义的全面思考,是批判理论的丰富与发展。
Nancy Fraser is a theorist of Critical Theory,by diagnosis of social reality,who think we live in post-socialist era of globalization.In this era,the problem of recognition is becoining prominent,and the status of the state as agent of justice is challenged,which also brings about the change of the demand for justice.Based on the background of globalization and the change of justice demand,this paper explains Frazier’s conception of justice from the aspects of'what'justice is,'whose'justice,'how'to get justice and so on.Fraser is of great significance in the world today.His diagnosis of globalization and his conception of justice for the era of globalization reflect the overall thinking on fairness and justice at the national and supranational level in the era of globalization.It is the enrichment and development of critical theory.
