摘要：社会工作是一种助人的专业,经过近百年的发展逐渐确立了专业雏形。《弗莱克斯纳报告》挑战了社会工作的专业自信,并进一步激发了社会工作的专业进程。社会工作在专业发展过程中大量吸纳了近邻学科的相关理论,但其内在的理论共识依然在经受挑战,不同的社会工作理论流派处于激烈竞争中。我国当下社会工作走的是“先有后好”发展道路,价值为本与证据为本构成了我国社会工作的理念之争,个案服务与社会变革构成了我国社会工作的效用之争。社会性别概念包容性极强,并已成为社会科学的主要范畴。社会性别有望成为推动社会工作内外整合的支点,女性为本的社会工作构建是性别社会工作的具体化,马克思主义妇女观构成了最重要的理论支撑。
Social work has gradually established a professional prototype.In the process of professional development,social work has absorbed a large number of relevant theories of adjacent disciplines,but the internal theoretical consensus of social work is still being challenged,and different schools of social work theory are in fierce competition.Current social work in China follows the"first have it,then better it"development path,with its conceptual conflict constituted by value-based and evidence-based and its conflict over utility constituted by case-by-case service and social reform.The concept of gender,being very inclusive,has become the primary category of social science.Gender is expected to be the pivot to promote the inner-outer integration of social work.Women-centred social work construction is the specification of gender social work,with the Marxist view of women constituting the most significant theoretical support.
