摘要：国家学仍然是政治哲学的拱心石。本文在深入分析黑格尔"国家不是艺术品"命题的内在层次的基础上,比较了黑格尔的国家学与儒家的国家学:两者都强调国家具有超出个人的人性之上的神性部分,都坚持美真的分别与同一;但儒家国家学的艺术纯度更高,更容易以高涨的浪漫主义"道统纪"来实现对黑格尔"神统纪"国家学的批判和超越。因此,简单地给某种国家学标上"极权主义"、"保守主义"等标签以了事非常容易,但却可能因此而错失很多东西;中国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,是儒家国家学现代化的前提条件;现代化的儒家国家学,有助于中华民族的伟大复兴。
The state theory is still the keystone of political philosophy. This paper deeply analyzes the Hegel＇s proposition of ＂the state is not a work of art＂,and comparing this with those of the Confucianism.Thus it stressed：First,the words of ＂totalitarianism＂or ＂conservatism＂is clear enough,but it may miss a lot of things;Secondly,China＇s modernization is a premise condition of the development of Confucianism;thirdly,modern Confucianism is helpful to the great rejuvenation of China.
