摘要:为了考察一种新型旋风分离器的流场特点及其几何参数变化对流场的影响,采用CFD软件——Fluent中的标准k-ε湍流模型对该类型旋风分离器的气相流场进行了模拟,结果得知:该旋风分离器气相流场的切向速度分布较对称,在靠近分离筒体中心位置处出现了小的旋涡;排气管的插入深度对流场影响显著,入口角度对流场有一定影响,排气管直径对流场影响较复杂,但对最终分离效率基本无影响。
In order to study the characteristic of flow field in a new cyclonetype separator and the effects of its geometric parameter on flow field, FLUENT program, CFD software, has been used to simulate the air flow field in this cyclone separator, and standard kε model has been used as turbulence model. According to the results of simulation, the distribution of tangential velocity of its air flow field, to some extend, is symmetrical, and some tiny vortexes exist near the center of separate cylinder; the depth of outlet pipe has a distinct effect on the flow field while inlet angle has some effects; the effect of diameter of outlet pipe on flow field is more complicated, but has no effect on separate efficiency.
