摘要:采用葡聚糖-聚乙二醇双水相系统分离得到(6,5)手性单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT),并将其作为近红外荧光探针应用于多巴胺(DA)的检测。方法的线性范围为1~500 nmol/L,检出限为0. 82 nmol/L。将(6,5) SWCNT探针应用于人血清中DA的检测,回收率在92. 4%~105. 3%之间,相对标准偏差小于4. 3%,方法可用于人血清中多巴胺的检测。
In this paper,the(6,5)chiral single-walled carbon nanotubes isolated by an aqueous twophase system consisting of dextran and polyethylene glycol were used as fluorescent probe in dopamine(DA)detection.The linear range for DA detection was 1~500 nmol/L,and the detection limit was0.82 nmol/L.The established method was applied to detect the concentration of DA in human serum.The recoveries were 92.4%~105.3%with the standard deviation below 4.3%,which indicated that the method could be used for the detection of dopamine in human serum.
