摘要:大型仪器的高成本特性明确了其投入产出比的重要性。然而人力资源短缺和维修资金匮乏严重限制了大型仪器的使用效益。化工学院大型仪器测试平台制定新的管理条例,提出聘请兼职教师,实施仪器托管,招聘仪器助管和加大培训力度等举措,形成课题组—学院—学校的三级联动模式,构建了点线面的错位管理模式。新的管理模式既保证了科研团队和学院的学科规划,又在院级和校级测试平台之间构建仪器测试互补关系,并进一步增强开放度,提高了仪器的使用效益。此外,平台的独立财务系统则联通了财务处、实验室装备处和人事处等信息库,确保二级实体平台快捷、高效、长期运转。
The high cost of large-scale instruments clearly definites the importance of the input-output ratio.However,the shortage of human resources and maintenance funds seriously limits the use efficiency of large instruments.The large-scale instrument analysis center of Chemical Engineering School has put forward the new management regulations,including hiring part-time teachers,implementing instrument trusteeship,recruiting the management assistants and strengthening the instrument trainings.These initiatives have formed a three-level linkage model among the research groups,colleges and schools,and constructed a dislocation business model of point-line-surface.The new management mode not only ensures the discipline planning of the scientific research teams and the college,but also constructs the complementary relationship of instrument testing between the college level and the school level,which further enhances the openness and improves the use efficiency of the instruments.Moreover,the independent financial system connects the data of the financial department,equipment department,personnel department and other information bases,ensuring the fast,efficient and long-term operation of instrument analysis center.
