摘要：本文从知识管理的角度分析科技服务体系的内部运作,剖析科技服务的知识转移机制,并将知识转移的影响因素作为衡量科技服务的基准,提出科技服务体系建设的改进对策。
From the point of view of knowledge management, this paper analyzed technology service inner- course, and put forward the knowledge transfer mechanism of technology service. It also advanced that the influence factors of knowledge transfer could be the benchmark of technology service performance, basing on which several measures of service construction was put forward.
