摘要:采用常规热解和微波加热两种方式研究了蔗渣三组分热解的过程,探讨了不同加热方式对蔗渣三组分热解的影响规律。实验结果表明,不管采用何种加热方式,随加热温度的升高,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素三相产物的分布规律基本一致,固体产率和液体产率均随裂解温度的升高逐渐降低,气体产率则逐渐升高。微波独特的体加热方式,加热效率高、裂解更彻底,产物中具有更多的富氢气体(H_(2)+CO)。采用微波加热方式,纤维素与半纤维素裂解气体产率较高,900℃时纤维素与半纤维素热解的气体产物产率分别高达65.88%和63.51%;而木质素热解表现出较好的碳化特性,在600℃热解固体产物产率高达43.61%。
The process of pyrolysis of three components of sugarcane bagasse was studied using conventional pyrolysis and microwave heating methods,and the effect of different heating methods on the pyrolysis of three components of sugarcane bagasse was explored.The results show that the distribution of three-phase products is basically the same with the increase of temperature in the pyrolysis process of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,regardless of the heating method adopted.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the yield of solid and liquid decreases gradually,and the yield of gas increases gradually.Microwave’s unique bulk heating method is more efficient,more thorough pyrolysis,and produces more hydrogen-rich gas(H_(2)+CO).In the microwave pyrolysis system,the pyrolysis gas yields of cellulose and hemicellulose are higher.At 900℃,the pyrolysis gas product yields of cellulose and hemicellulose are 65.88%and 63.51%,respectively.Lignin pyrolysis shows good carbonization characteristics,and the yield of solid products reaches 43.61%at 600℃.
