摘要:Glass doped with oriented nonlinear crystals has demonstrated some potential applications for integrated optical devices due to the nonlinear optical properties. In this paper, the existing preparation methods and recent development of glass-ceramics to obtain functional crystals were reviewed. The aspects involve controlled heat treatment, ultrasonic surface treatment, mechanical hot extrusion, electrochemical synthesis, magnetic field effect and lasers. In addition, some researches and mechanism of femtosecond laser processing were also represented.
