摘要：Based on the perspective of network capacity, this research builds a theory model between entrepreneurial orientation and resources transformation ability. The data come from questionnaire of 323 firms which surrounding in shanghai areas. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on resource transformation ability. Besides, firms which have the strong entrepreneurial orientation are more willing to operate with the external related enterprises, and they will set up its own social network in order to improve the resources acquisition and innovation ability. Finally, we found that each dimension of network capacity has a positive mediating effect except the internal communication.
