摘要:通过实验室大量试验,系统研究了有机胺溶剂萃取法生产纯碱的适宜工艺条件:有机相溶剂的叔胺体积分率0.35~0.50,转速600r/min,相比2:1,氯化钠浓度300g/L,温度15~25℃。盐酸胺盐再生采用了化学法。证实了有机胺制碱法的可行性,提出了有机胺制碱的工艺过程。
The suitable technological conditions of a new process in which sodium carbonate is produced by the method of solvent extraction with amine were examined in a series of laboratorial experiments. The most favourable conditions seem to be as follows: volume fraction of tertiary amine in organic phase, 0.35~0.50; rate of agitation, 600r/min; ratio of organic phase to brine phase, 2:1; concentration of sodium chloride, 300g/L; and temperature, 15~25℃. Chemical method was used to regenerate amine from amine hydrochloride. It was proved that the method of producing soda by amine is feasible. The tentative flowsheet of this new process was proposed.
