摘要:城市轨道交通车站安装有冷却塔,循环水水质状况影响冷却设备的运行状态,此外,冷却水容易滋生致病微生物,对公众健康造成影响。本研究采集了S市12个轨交车站的冷却塔循环水,对48个水样的18项指标进行监测。结果表明:部分样品的总硬度、溶解性总固体和铜离子浓度超过《工业循环冷却水处理技术规范》中的标准限值,67%的样品余氯浓度低于标准规定的下限值。嗜肺军团菌均未检出,部分水样的大肠菌群丰度高达1600 MPN/100 mL。以上结果表明,本研究调查的冷却塔设备存在一定的腐蚀现象,部分样品的大肠杆菌污染问题也应引起轨道交通运营部门的重视。
Urban rail transit stations are commonly installed with cooling towers, and the quality of circulating water directly affects the operation status of air conditioning system. Besides, the cooling water is prone to breeding pathogenic microorganisms, which pose a potential risk to public health. In this study, we collected 48 circulating water samples from cooling towers of 12 different rail transit stations in S city, and monitored a total of 18 physico-chemical and biological indicators of water quality. The results showed that the concentrations of total hardness, total dissolved solids and copper ions in certain samples exceeded the standard limits set in the Technical Specification for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment, and the residual chlorine concentrations in 67% of the samples were below the lower limits stated in the standard. Legionella pneumophila was not detected in all samples, and the level of coliform bacteria from certain stations was as high as 1600 MPN/100 mL. The above results indicate that there is corrosion of cooling tower equipment in certain rail transit stations in S city, the coliform contamination in the circulating water of certain cooling towers should also draw the attention of the rail transit operation department.
