摘要：数字技术在赋能乡村治理现代化转型的同时,也衍生了新的治理困境。现有研究尚缺乏对乡村数字治理技术悖论及其形成机制的系统性分析。基于“数据-平台-空间”解释框架,对一个案例村的数字治理实践进行分析,探讨数字技术参与乡村治理的双重悖论及其背后的深层逻辑。通过对技术要素社会化动态过程的分析,揭示了乡村数字治理技术悖论的三重形成逻辑:信息加工的被动性削弱了治理的自主性,要素联结的规制性降低了治理的灵活性,关系重构的事理性淡化了治理的情感性。本研究有助于辩证地审视数字技术对乡村治理的影响,为深化数字技术赋能乡村治理的理论研究提供新的分析视角。
While digital technology empowers the modern transformation of rural governance,it also gives rise to new governance dilemmas.Existing research lacks a systematic analysis of the paradox of rural digital governance technology and its formation mechanism.Based on the“data-platform-space”explanatory framework,this paper analyzes the digital governance practice of a case village,exploring the dual paradox of digital technology s involvement in rural governance and its underlying deep logic.Through analyzing the social dynamics of technological elements,this study reveals the triple formation logic of the rural digital governance technology paradox:the passivity of information processing undermines the autonomy of governance,the regulative nature of element connection reduces the flexibility of governance,and the rationality of relationship restructuring dilutes the emotional aspect of governance.This research contributes to a dialectical examination of the impact of digital technology on rural governance,providing a new analytical perspective for deepening the theoretical study of digital technology empowering rural governance.
