摘要：本文在社会调查的基础上,从建筑结构、经济学、心理学和安全性等多个侧面,分析总结了老年公寓设计和建造、管理过程中应予以考虑的多种因素,并提出解决问题的设想。对于涉及老年公寓范畴的各类人员,如房产商、投资商、设计人员、社区管理人员和社会工作者,均有一定的参考价值。
Based on the social investigation,a few problems have been discussed and analyzed in this paper,which involves the architecture structure,economics,psychology and safety,etc.,which should be considered during the design for the aged apartment and the solution methods for may be valuable for somebody,such as the real estate developer,the real estate investor,the architecture designer,social region manager and social worker,as a reference.
