摘要:采用浓碱熔出法短流程提取粉煤灰中的SiO2,结合相图分析、XRD和SEM等研究得出了最佳灰碱比,制备出纯度≥98%的白炭黑,通过对产品进行表面改性,获得纳米级白炭黑,通过测定表面羟基个数,验证了纳米SiO2的改性效果。
The silica existed in coal ash was extracted in short technological process by stripping method with concentrated alkali.The optimal proportion of ash and alkali was obtained according to analyzing phase diagram,XRD(X-ray Diffraction) and SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope).The mass fraction of silica can reach 98%.Nano-silica can be obtained by modifying the surface of silica.To validate the modification effects,measure the quantity of hydroxyl,shapes and distribution of particles.
