摘要：传统“小康”在历史发展中经历了“生活安定状态—社会理想模式—经济宽裕程度”的逻辑演进过程,其文脉延续至今,在中国特色社会主义建设中,实现了现代转换。现代“小康”作为中国式现代化的必经发展阶段,以坚持社会主义为发展方向,以人民生活普遍提高为发展目标,以改革开放为发展路径。随着新世纪的到来,党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,从经济、政治、文化、生态等方面,深化了现代“小康”的主题,拓展了现代“小康”的内涵。
Traditional concept of “Well-off” has gone though three logic evolution in its historical development,from stable state of life,pattern of social ideal to level of economic abundance. The cultural spirit of “Well-off” continues to exist nowadays and has realized its modern transformation. The modern concept of “Well-off”,as the stage which have to undergo for modernization with Chinese characteristics,insists on having socialism as the developing guidance,sticks to the universal improvement of people’s living standard as its developing goal and relies on opening to the outside as its developing route. With the New Century coming,the 16th Congress of CPC have put forward the objective of building up the all-round “Well-off” society,which deepens the concept of modern “Well-off”,and expands and enriches its connotation from the aspects of economy,politics,culture and ecology.
