摘要:用胶体化学方法制备TiO2/SnO2超微粒,TiO2/SnO2超微粒及其复合LB膜的紫外-可见光吸收光谱研究表明:TiO2/SnO2超微粒具有量子尺寸效应使吸收光谱发生“蓝移”;
TiO2/SnO2 ultrafine particles were prepared by colloid chemistry method.UV-Visible absorption spectrum studies of TiO2/SnO2 ultarfine particles and composite LB film showed:TiO2/SnO2 ultrafine particles had quantumsize effect,their absorption spectrum displayed 'blue shift' appearance.The TiO2/SnO2 ultrafine particles/stearic acid composite LB film had good characterization of antiultraviolet rays and optical transmission.
