摘要：研究了酯交换法反应精馏制备工艺,考察了不同反应条件对产物羟值和数均分子量的影响,得到了最佳的反应工艺条件:以甲醇钠为催化剂,DMC与1,4-丁二醇以适宜摩尔比,减压精馏阶段真空度控制在700～740mmHg,反应温度不要超过210℃,最终产物的羟值约为56,分子量约为2000。
This chapter studies on reaction & distillation of transesterification method and how different reaction conditions influence the number of products’ hydroxyl as well as averaged molecular weight, and finally acquires optimal reaction conditions.
