摘要:以室温离子液体为络合萃取剂,对柴油中的碱性氮化物进行深度脱除。考察了离子液体类型、剂油比、温度等不同因素对碱性氮脱除效果的影响。结果表明,[bmim]Br-AlCl3离子液体可有效脱除柴油中碱性氮化物,在最优反应条件下,碱性氮脱除率达到96.28%,并利用红外光谱法对离子液体的酸中心分布情况进行了研究。
Solvent extraction of basic nitrogen compounds from the diesel oil was studied by using room-temperature ionic liquids such as 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromochloroaluminate([bmim]Br-AlCl3),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([bmim]BF4)as complexation agents.It is found that [bmim]Br-AlCl3 ionic liquid exhibits excellent extraction activity.The influences of various reaction parameters such as reaction temperature,time and the mass ratio of agent to diesel were investigated.Under the optimum reaction conditions,96.28%extraction rate of basic nitrogen was obtained.Compared with conventional extraction technique,this processing has some characters such as simple equipment,easy to control and friendly to environment.
