摘要：青年教师是大学师资队伍的生力军。如何提高青年教师的教学能力一直是备受关注的问题。笔者从讲授无机化学课程的经验出发,浅谈提高青年教师教学能力的几点体会。
The young teachers are strong force in Universities. How to increase the teaching ability of young teachers has caused a lot of attention. In this paper, we discuss the methods in improving young teachers＇ teaching ability with our own experience of teaching inorganic chemistry course.
