摘要:TiO2 co-doped with nitrogen and sulfur was prepared in the tests by using thiourea and urea as S-N source, tetrabutyl titanate as precurso. The photodegradation of PAEs solution was investigated by comparison experiments in room temperature, which was under the irradiation of visible light catalyzed by S,N-codoped Ti0 and ultrasonic action. The results showed that the S,N-codoped TiO2 had excellent absorption for visible light, and the photodegradation efficiency of PEAs solution under the irradiation of visible light was enhanced by the existence of sonolysis. When the reaction solution contained 250mL PAEs (30mg/L DMP+30mg/L DEP), the visible-light photocatalysis(vis photocatalysis) degradation efficiencies were 34.4% (DMP) and 33.3% (DEP) within 250min with S,N-codoped TiO2, but only 3.9%(DMP) and 3.5%(DEP) with undoped TiO2 . When sonolysis was used in combination with vis photocatalysis, in 150min, the degradation efficiency for the combined effect was higher than individual effect of vis photocatalysis by more than 80%. Thus, the degradation reaction time was shortened greatly and PAEs solution was treated effectively.
