摘要:采用双球计量管法将云南先锋褐煤液化轻质油(简称褐煤液化轻质油)萃取分离为酸性组分、碱性组分和中性组分;用经典柱色谱法对中性组分进行族组成分离,分离为饱和烃、芳烃和极性化合物3种组分;通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了酸性组分、碱性组分和芳烃的组成。实验结果表明,褐煤液化轻质油中酸性组分、碱性组分和中性组分的质量分数分别为23.46%,0.68%,75.86%;酸性组分主要为苯酚及其烷基衍生物,其中苯酚、甲酚和二甲酚的质量分数分别为16 11%,33.55%,14.44%;碱性组分以烷基吡啶为主,三甲基吡啶的质量分数为23.41%;中性组分以芳烃为主,芳烃中单环芳烃最多,双环芳烃其次,质量分数分别为37.91%,28.69%。
Yunnan Xianfeng lignite liquefaction light oil was separated into three groups, namely acidic compounds, basic compounds and neutral compounds by double-ball measuring pipe method. Neutral compound group was then further separated into saturated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and polar compounds by using classical column chromatography. The components in each group were characterized by GC-MS. The results showed that acidic compounds account for 23. 46% of the liquefaction oil, basic compounds for 0. 68% and neutral compounds for 75. 86%. The main components of acidic compounds are phenol and its derivatives mainly including phenol, cresol, and xylenol. Their mass fractions are 16. 11%, 33. 55% and 14. 44% respectively. Pyridine and its derivatives are the main compounds in basic compounds, among which trimethylpyridine is up to 23.41%. Aromatic hydrocarbons account for a main proportion in neutral compounds. Monocyclicaromatic hydrocarbons are major among aromatic hydrocarbons followed by dicyclic-aromatic hydrocarbons. Their mass fraction are 37.91% and 28.69%, respectively.
