摘要:将4种不同牌号的烷基水杨酸钙添加剂分别与相同的基础油进行调配,并按SH?T 0619的方法对其分水性能进行考察,发现其分水结果存在明显的差异。从烷基水杨酸钙的平均相对分子质量、烷基碳链结构方面分析了造成其分水性能差异的原因。结果表明,烷基水杨酸钙烷基碳链的支化度差异是造成其分水性能不同的主要原因,支化度越小,其分水性越好,而烷基水杨酸钙的平均相对分子质量与其分水性能无明显关系。
Four kinds of different calcium alkyl salicylate additives were mixed with base oil,respectively,to test their water separation performance according to the method of SH/T 0619.The results find an obvious difference in water separation property of the four additives.The phenomena were discussed from average molecular weight and the alkyl chain structure.The analysis indicates that the alkyl carbon chain branching degree of calcium alkyl salicylates is the main reason for the difference.The less the branching degree is,the better the water separation performance is.There is little relationship between the average molecular weight and the water separation property.
