摘要：针对图书馆投入资源和产出效益的分析与比较,国际图书馆界相继制定了一系列较有影响的绩效评价指标体系。文章在介绍部分国际标准和指标体系的基础上,指出国际图书馆绩效评价指标体系在内容设置、数据获取和实践应用等方面呈现出一定特点,各国图书馆界应该根据自身的现状特点和评价任务,有针对性地选择和构建指标体系。
Aimed at analysis and comparison of efficiency of library resources investment and out- put, the international library world successively has formulated a series of more influential index sys- tem of performance evaluation. Based on the introduction of some international standards and index systems, this paper points out that contents construction, data acquisition and practical application of library performance evaluation index presents some characteristics. Libraries of the each country should choose and set up the pertinency index system based on its present situation and evaluation tasks.
