摘要:在连续微型固定床反应装置中,氢气分压9.0MPa、温度300~345℃和体积空速0.6~1.2h^-1条件下评价了加氢裂化尾油的加氢异构性能。研究了反应产物的碳数分布和族组成变化,并建立了三集总动力学模型。研究结果表明;在合适的工艺条件下,润滑油基础油收率可达75%左右,粘度指数在110以上,适合生产API Ⅱ^+标准的润滑油基础油。所建立的芳烃和环烷烃、长链烷烃、轻质产物的三集总动力学模型可以较好地预测产物分布。
The hydroisomerization property of hydrocracking tail oil was investigated under moderate operation conditions over a commercialized hydroisomerization catalyst. A flow micro reactor experiments were conducted at the conditions of hydrogen partial pressure of 9.0 MPa, reaction temperature ranging from 300 to 345 ℃, and liquid hourly space velocity ranging from 0.6 to 1.2 h^-1. Carbon number and group distributions were also studied. The fourth-fifth Runge-Kutta algorithm was employed to calculate numerical solutions of differential equations for obtaining reaction constants. Result reveals that the hydrocracking tail oil is suitable for producing API Ⅱ^+ high grade lubricating base oil. The base oil yields can reach 75% and viscosity index is higher than 110 under optimized reaction conditions. The product distributions of hydrocracking tail oil can be properly predicted by the three lumped kinetic model.
