摘要:对交链蒙托士(CLM)和稀土-Y(RE-Y)分子筛在较高温度(150~250℃)范围内,用流动法测定了几种烃类的气相吸附容量和吸附热,并用色谱技术-矩量分析计算方法求得这些烃类在两种材料上的晶外、晶内扩散系数。在常温下用静态液相吸附法测定了几种芳烃的吸附容量和它们在正庚烷中的逆相有效扩散系数。实验结果表明:对各种烃类分子,RE-Y 的饱和吸附容量和吸附热均较CLM 为高,而CLM 的晶内扩散系数却较RE-Y 高一至二个数量级,气相吸附法和液相吸附法所得数据的规律是一致的,与我们对于“层柱”结构的CLM 类材料具有较大孔道的设想也是一致的。由于扩散上的有利因素,因而可预期CLM 对反应物是大分子或产物是大分子的过程用作催化剂是有利的。
Equilibrium adsorption capacities of some C_6-C_(10)hydrocarbons on Cross-Linked Montmorillonite(CLM)and RE-Y zeolite were determined over a tempera-ture range from 150 to 250℃ with the vapour flow adsorption method.Theequilibrium adsorption capacities on CLM are less than those on RE-Y.Theisosteric heats of adsorption of CLM calculated from the adsorption iso thermsare~2 kcal/mol less than those of RE-Y.The diffusion coefficients for some C_6-C_8 hydrocarbons in CLM and RE-Ywere determined with the gas-solid pulse chromatographic technique and datatreatment process of moment analysis according to bidisperse pore structured pelletmodel.The micropore diffusion coefficients in CLM are 1-2 orders of magnitudegreater than those in RE-Y.Both equilibrium adsorption capacities and diffusion coefficients were determi-ned as well with the liquid phase adsorption method.Similar conclusions can beobtained from those experiment data.
