摘要:The development of manufacturing industry made the structure composition of productivity have changed a lot, as a new kind of production tools, the industrial robot has imponderable advantages compared with other tools, it can better meet the needs of mass production manufacturing, enhance productivity capacity and play a better role of decreasing labor costs. However, the existing industrial robots are far from meeting market demands, they are just only meeting the function and manufacturing needs, which ignores the user’s psychological needs, makes uncoordinated human-computer interaction and poor competitiveness and backward development of industry. Based on the problem and manufacturing demand, combing existing products, using design theories and principles of psychology, ergonomics, chromatology and so on, highlight the emotional needs, from perspectives of safety and customers, to conduct the develop and research of industrial robot. Through the design of six-freedom-degree collaboration robot which is applied generally, and by scheme optimization to reach the final result as well, to improve the interactive experience between users and industrial robot, and develop a kind of six-freedom-degree collaboration robot which meets the demand currently, further improve manufacturing efficiency as well as we can. And hoping it can provide a design direction reference for the future development of industrial robot. ? Springer International Publishing AG, part of Springer Nature 2018.
