摘要:用远红外透射光谱和反射光谱对As2Se3-GeTe-AgI与As2Se3-GeTe-CuI两系统玻璃的结构进行了研究.结果表明:As2Se3-GeTe-AgI系统玻璃的结构中存在[As(SeTe)3-xIx]和[Ge(SeTe)4-yIy](x为0—3;y为0—4)结构单元,As2Se3-GeTe-CuI系统玻璃的结构中存在[As(SeTe)3-xIx][Ge(SeTe)4-yIy](x为0—3;y为0—4)和[Cu(SeTe)4]等结构单元,它们的相对含量以及x,y的取值取决于玻璃中AgI和CuI的引入量.据此结果提出了两系统玻璃的结构模型.
The structure of glasses in As 2Se 3-GeTe-AgI and As 2Se 3-GeTe-CuI system was studied by means of far_infrared transmission and reflectance spectra. Two short_range structural units [As(SeTe) 3- x I x ] and [Ge(SeTe) 4- y I y ]( x =0—3; y =0—4) in the glasses of As 2Se 3- GeTe- AgI system and three short_range structural units [As(SeTe) 3- x I x ], [Ge(SeTe) 4- y I y ]( x =0—3; y =0—4) and Cu(SeTe) 4 in the glasses of As 2Se 3- GeTe-CuI system were demonstrated, where the proportion of each unit and value of x and y depend on the AgI or CuI content. Structural models of the two systems are proposed.
