摘要：用远红外透射光谱和反射光谱对Ａｓ２Ｓｅ３－ＧｅＴｅ－ＡｇＩ与Ａｓ２Ｓｅ３－ＧｅＴｅ－ＣｕＩ两系统玻璃的结构进行了研究．结果表明：Ａｓ２Ｓｅ３－ＧｅＴｅ－ＡｇＩ系统玻璃的结构中存在［Ａｓ（ＳｅＴｅ）３－ｘＩｘ］和［Ｇｅ（ＳｅＴｅ）４－ｙＩｙ］（ｘ为０—３；ｙ为０—４）结构单元，Ａｓ２Ｓｅ３－ＧｅＴｅ－ＣｕＩ系统玻璃的结构中存在［Ａｓ（ＳｅＴｅ）３－ｘＩｘ］［Ｇｅ（ＳｅＴｅ）４－ｙＩｙ］（ｘ为０—３；ｙ为０—４）和［Ｃｕ（ＳｅＴｅ）４］等结构单元，它们的相对含量以及ｘ，ｙ的取值取决于玻璃中ＡｇＩ和ＣｕＩ的引入量．据此结果提出了两系统玻璃的结构模型．
The structure of glasses in As 2Se 3-GeTe-AgI and As 2Se 3-GeTe-CuI system was studied by means of far_infrared transmission and reflectance spectra. Two short_range structural units [As(SeTe) 3- x I x ] and [Ge(SeTe) 4- y I y ]( x =0—3; y =0—4) in the glasses of As 2Se 3- GeTe- AgI system and three short_range structural units [As(SeTe) 3- x I x ], [Ge(SeTe) 4- y I y ]( x =0—3; y =0—4) and Cu(SeTe) 4 in the glasses of As 2Se 3- GeTe-CuI system were demonstrated, where the proportion of each unit and value of x and y depend on the AgI or CuI content. Structural models of the two systems are proposed.
