摘要："管理学在中国"实际上是有关中国社会科学自主性在管理学界的体现。随着中国社会经济的迅速发展和国家地位的提高,有关管理学"地方性知识"已成为中国管理学者必须认真考虑和对待的科学研究任务,但该门知识的科学化、规范化程度很低,尚停留在经验式的水准,所以应提倡对"中国管理现象"的研究,相应地需要改变现有的管理学学术研究制度和考核方式,鼓励中年尤其是青年研究者从事较为长期的研究工作。
＂Management in China＂ actually embodies the Autonomy of Chinese social sciences in the field of management.With the rapid economic development and raising of national status,＂local knowledge＂ of management has become a scientific task deserves Chinese management researchers＇ attention.However,the level of research standard is relatively lower now.So the research of ＂Chinese management phenomenon＂ should be advocated.The research system and supervision should be restructured.We also need to encourage scholars,especially young scholars to do middle-long term research on Chinese management phenomenon.
