摘要:以亲水性木棉纤维为基体,采用无钯活化工艺在亲水性木棉纤维表层附着活性镍,并通过化学镀镍-磷合金制备轻质导电复合纤维。采用液体浸透法和四探针测试仪,研究了化学镀液pH值及碘酸钾(稳定剂)的质量浓度对镀镍纤维电导率和有效密度的影响,并确定了化学镀的最优工艺配方。结果表明:活性镍层成功引发化学镀,镍-磷合金均匀覆盖纤维表层。在最优条件下,复合纤维的电导率达到334.0S/cm,有效密度为3.949g/cm3,镀层为中磷非晶态镍-磷合金。
The active nickel was adhered on hydrophilic kapok fibers by palladium free activation process, and the light weight and conducting composite fibers was prepared by electroless plating of Ni P alloy onto the kapok fibers. The influences of pH value of chemical bath and mass concentration of potassium iodate (stabilizer) on the conductivity and e{{ective density o{ nickel coated fibers were studied by liquid permeation method and four probe tester, and the optimal electroless plating formulation was determined. Results showed that the active nickel coating successfully initiate electroless plating, Ni P alloy was uniformly covered the fibers surface. The conductivity and effective density of the composite fibers prepared under optimal conditions was 334.0 S/cm and 3. 949 g/cms , respectively, and the coating was medium phosphorus amorphous nickel phosphorus alloy.
