摘要:对二甲苯氧化合成对苯二甲酸常用鼓泡塔作为气液反应器,以填料为内构件可以强化鼓泡塔反应器的气液接触状况,从而提高反应速率。以金属鲍尔环为内构件,考察鼓泡塔反应器的气液接触状况,采用高速摄像技术对气泡群进行图像分析,同时利用体积膨胀法测定气含率,研究不同型号鲍尔环作用下的气含率、气泡尺寸和粒径分布。结果表明,Φ25 鲍尔环对气泡的切割效果最好,气泡的尺寸分布较为集中,主要处于3.00~6.00 mm之间,Sauter平均直径随气速增大而增大,并在高气速下趋于平缓;鼓泡塔反应器的气含率随气速增大而增大,且鲍尔环尺寸越小气含率越大。利用实验数据进行非线性回归,得到在实验气速范围内气含率与气泡 Sauter 平均直径、比表面积的关联式,计算值与实验结果较为吻合。
Bubble column reactor is widely used in oxidation, hydrogenation, chlorination, etc., due to its simple structure, convenient operation, no moving parts, and good heat and mass transfer performance. However, the conventional bubble column reactors are currently difficult to meet the production requirements. The reinforcement of gas-liquid contact of bubble column reactor has been a new direction in the research of bubble column reactor. Some researches show that the packing set in bubble column reactor can reinforce the gas-liquid contact and thus improve the reaction rate. However, the hydrodynamics performance of packing set bubble column reactor and the influences of the structural parameter on its performances have not yet been explored. In this study, metal Pall rings were used as the internal component to investigate the gas-liquid contact condition in the bubble column reactor. The average gas holdup was measured by volume expansion method and the bubble size and bubble size distribution upon using different types of Pall rings were studied by high-speed camera technology. The results showed that Φ25 Pall ring had the best bubble cutting ability, by which the bubble size distribution is confined within 3.00?6.00 mm. The Sauter mean diameter of bubbles increased with gas velocity and levelled off at high gas velocities. The average gas holdup of the bubble column reactor increased with the gas velocity, and the smaller the Pall ring size is, the larger the gas holdup can be achieved. The experimental data was used for nonlinear regression and the correlation of the gas holdup. Sauter mean diameter and gas-liquid specific surface area were obtained within the experimental gas velocity range. The calculated values agreed well with the experimental results.
