摘要:将封闭型异氰酸酯作为交联剂,采用抄取法(PaperMaking)制备了非石棉纤维增强橡胶乳胶抄取板,并详细阐述了其强化机理。通过正交试验优化材料设计,并对筛选配方制备的抄取板进行了力学性能和密封性能的研究。结果表明:高活性的异氰酸酯基团在纤维、橡胶乳液与填料形成了牢固的共价键胶接,弥补了其间机械粘接力与氢键结合力的不足,板材的主要力学性能改善显著。异氰酸酯交联的密封垫片板材的基本力学性能不仅超越了国外文献报导的同类材料,而且达到了石棉胶乳抄取板相关标准的要求。
A non-asbestos fiber-reinforced rubber latex gasket sheet crosslinked by blocked isocyanate was manufactured by paper making method,and their chemical mechanism was analyzed.The sealing and mechanical performances were tested for this sheet selected by optimizing prescription in terms of the aid of orthogonal design.The results show that the high strength covalent bonds between fibers,rubber latex and fillers crosslinked by high reactive-NCO groups are constructed to make up their mechanical bonding and hydrogen bonding.Thus,the performances of this gasket sheet crosslinked by isocyanate are markedly improved,and it is more excellent than the similar materials reported in published literatures.Moreover,the new jointing sheet is good enough for insteading of the relative asbestos product.
