摘要：NOVELTY - A heterocyclic-substituted styrene compound (I), is new. USE - New heterocyclic-substituted styrene compound is useful for preparing medicine for treating rheumatoid arthritis. The pharmaceutical composition is useful as spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The new heterocyclic-substituted styrene compound has strong inhibiting activity of spleen tyrosine kinase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A heterocyclic-substituted styrene compound (I) or its salt, is new. R1=1-4C alkoxy; R2=halo; Ar'=6-membered heteroaryl containing heteroatom chosen from N, O and S, or 6-membered aryl optionally substituted with halo, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, -COOH or -COOR4; A=group chosen from groups of formulae (i)-(iii); R3=H or 1-4C alkyl;and R4=1-4C alkyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the compound and carrier and/or additive.
