摘要：技术转移体系是国家创新体系建设中的薄弱环节,加强大学技术转移模式探索,加快我国高校科技成果转化,既是推动国家创新体系建设的需要,也是提高高校服务社会能力的要求。华东理工大学国家技术转移中心通过政策建设激发人员活力,创建技术转移创新团队,探索联合、联盟、联动的产学研合作新模式,实现了跨越式发展,对大学技术转移具有借鉴意义。
The technology transfer system is a weak link in the national innovation system. To strengthen the exploration of technology transfer mode and to accelerate the transformation of achievements of the u- niversities is not only a demand for promoting the construction of national innovation system but also a requirement for improving social service ability of universities. New Industry-Study-Research mode of as- sociation, alliance, and linkage has been developed through policy motivating practitioner＇s vitality and creating a technology transfer innovation team, which promotes the technology transfer to a span type de- velopment. All above deserves extension to other universities for technology transfer.
