摘要:NOVELTY - Coal direct liquefaction process with multistage hydrogen donating solvent involves crushing and uniformly mixing raw coal, hydrogen donating solvent and catalyst to obtain coal slurry, heating into pre-heating reactor, introducing reducing atmosphere to maintain pressure to obtain processed material, placing into liquefaction reactor I, liquefaction reacting, placing into subsequent liquefaction reactor, adding hydrogen donating solvent, liquefying reacting and separating to obtain gas, water, oil, asphaltene and residue. USE - Method for coal direct liquefaction processing with multistage hydrogen donating solvent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is featured with wide raw material adaptability and energy-saving, and has simple technique operation, environment benefit and high coal conversion rate, oil yield and efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coal direct liquefaction process with multistage hydrogen donating solvent involves crushing and uniformly mixing raw coal, hydrogen donating solvent and catalyst to obtain coal slurry, heating into pre-heating reactor to 300-400 degrees C, introducing reducing atmosphere to maintain pressure at 5-25 MPa to obtain processed material, placing into liquefaction reactor I, liquefaction reacting at 400-480 degrees C at pressure of 5-25 MPa, placing into subsequent liquefaction reactor, adding hydrogen donating solvent, liquefying reacting at 400-480 degrees C at pressure of 5-25 MPa and separating to obtain gas, water, oil, asphaltene and residue, or placing processed material into liquefaction reactor I, batch adding hydrogen donating solvent along axial direction on liquefaction reactor I side line and on side line point, maintaining material temperature to 400-480 degrees C at pressure of 5-25 MPa and separating to obtain gas, water, oil, asphaltene and residue. The mass ratio of hydrogen donating solvent and coal is 0.5-5:1. The mass ratio of catalyst to coal is 1:10-1000.
