摘要:NOVELTY - The furnace (1) has two gasified oxygen nozzles (4) that are provided at the same height of a lower straight section. The bottom of a lower head is provided with a synthesis gas and slag outlet. The gasification oxygen nozzle has a height of 1 to 3D from the straight section of the pyrolysis oxygen gas and the pulverized coal nozzle. The angle between the axis of the gasification oxygen nozzle and radial direction of gasifier in the horizontal plane is 0 or 4.5 degree. The ratio of the pyrolysis gas outlet to diameter of synthesis gas to slag outlet is 1/2.5-1/4. USE - Pyrolysis and gas decoupling gasification furnace. ADVANTAGE - The gasification furnace can simultaneously produce the high concentration methane pyrolysis gas and low concentration methane synthesis gas. The coal chemical bond utilization is improved, in order to produce natural gas or gas for the product to provide equipment support.
