摘要:以城市生活垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰和底渣为主要原料,通过添加一定比例的氧化铝粉、氧化硅粉和碎玻璃,熔制出4种不同配比的玻璃。利用ICP和IC等测试手段,研究了灰渣和这4种玻璃在酸碱溶液中的重金属离子和阴离子析出浓度。实验结果表明:飞灰酸浸时Pb^2+、Cr^3+浓度超标,底渣碱浸时Zn^2+和Cu^2+浓度超标,同时酸浸时飞灰的Cl^-、SO4^2-和PO4^3-浓度都超标,而4种配比玻璃酸浸或碱浸时重金属离子和阴离子浓度都低于国标。所测4种玻璃中CSG-4玻璃的物理性能最佳,其密度、热膨胀系数、抗弯强度和维氏硬度分别可达2.767 g/cm^3、78.4×10^-7/℃、88.6 MPa和787 MPa。
The ion concentrations in the leaching solution from the leached fly ash,bottom ash and glasses fabricated by melting the batches composed of Al2O3,SiO2 and cullet,fly ash and bottom ash as main raw from municipal solid waste incineration,were studied by ICP and IC.The experimental results show that The Pb^2+and Cr^3+concentrations from fly ash leached in acid solution,Zn^2+and Cu^2+concentrations from bottom ash leached in aqueous alkali,and Cl^-,SO4^2-,PO4^3- concentrations leached from fly ash in acid solution cannot be allowed according to the relative GB,while these concentrations from the four glasses leached in acid or alkali solution all meet the above standard.Otherwise,CSG-4 glass,compared with the other glasses,has better physical properties such as low thermal expansion coefficient(78.4×10^-7/℃),high density(2.767 g/cm^3),tensile strength(88.6 MPa)and Vickers hardness(787 MPa),respectively.
