摘要：自20世纪80年代"第二次学术革命"兴起以来,世界范围内研究型大学不约而同出现了转型,"创业"成为研究型大学发展的新趋势。华东理工大学始终围绕学科发展前沿、国家战略需求、经济社会发展需要开展办学,特别是将工程的应用和社会经济价值作为工程学科发展的重要内涵,为地区科技创新和经济发展做出了积极的直接贡献。本文依托伯顿·克拉克提出的创业型大学五大核心要素,具体分析了华东理工大学在创业转型发展过程中的举措、经验、特色,为该理论框架提供例证,也为中国研究型大学的创业转型发展提供案例。
The research universities around the world transformed towards entrepreneurial university in variably since the second academic revolution in 1980＇s. Entrepreneurial has been a new characteristic of research universities, and they have become the social ＇axis＂ gradually. As a research university in China, East China University of Science and Technology （ECUST） develops itself around the academic fron- tiers, national strategic demands and social and economic development needs, especially focusing on the application of engineering knowledge and technology and its social and economic value, so ECUST has made a very positive and direct contribution to regional science and technology innovation and economic development. The article analyzes the measures, experience and features of ECUST in the process of en- trepreneurial transition according to the five core elements of entrepreneurial university raised by Burton R. Clark. It will set as an example of the theoretical concept, also a case of Chinese research universities＇ entrepreneurial transition.
