摘要:在退役炉管内表面制备了SiO2/S复合涂层,对涂层与结焦抑制剂的抗结焦性能进行了对比。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱分析了炉管内表面及截面的形貌和化学组成,表征了加入结焦抑制剂后的焦层形貌。结果表明,退役炉管内表面粗糙,呈刻蚀状形貌,并且分布着细小的孔洞及裂纹,丝状焦首先在这些部位成核与生长。提高复合涂层的涂覆效果与保持涂层的完整性可以有效地降低焦炭的沉积。结焦抑制剂由于其中含硫化合物与含磷化合物的协同作用,抗结焦性能优良。当加入结焦抑制剂质量分数为200μg/g时,结焦抑制率达到69.2%;而SiO2/S复合涂层的结焦抑制率达到65%,前者效果略优。
The SiO2/S composite coating was prepared on the inner surface of the cracking tube after service,and its anti-coking properties were compared with that of coking inhibitor containing sulfur-phosphorous compound.The morphologies of the inner surface and the distribution of component elements along the cross section of the used cracking tube,and also the morphologies of coke deposited on the inner surface of the tube with the inhibitor added,were investigated by means of SEM and EDS.The results showed that the inner surface of the cracking tube after service had a rough and etched morphology with small holes and cracks distributing on it,where filament coke was easy to nucleate and grow.Increasing the coverage and keeping the integrity of the SiO2/S composite coating was an effective way to reduce coke deposition.Because of the synergistic effects of contained sulfur compounds and phosphorous compounds on the coke formation,the coking inhibitor presented excellent anti-coking properties.The SiO2/S coating reduced the coke deposition by 65% compared with 69.2% for the coking inhibitor with 200 μg/g added,which presented a better anti-coking properties.
