摘要:NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises 10-50 %mass nickel nitrate as active component, 0.5-5 %mass titanium oxide, manganese oxide, lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide as additives and balance amount of magnesium aluminate spinel and zinc aluminate spinel as composite oxide carriers. USE - Catalyst is useful for coal-based methanation synthesis of natural gas. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high specific surface area and selectivity and excellent stability, high-temperature resistance, hydration properties and mechanical strength, and can be prepared with high yield in economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of catalyst, which involves weighing raw materials and then mixing, adding pore-expanding agent, precipitator, binder and lubricant to the mixture and then stirring, precipitating the mixture and then leaving, roasting the mixture and then heating and granulating.
