摘要:本文采用淤浆床低压法,按工业催化剂要求,对甲醛炔化合成1,4-丁炔二醇催化剂性能进行了研究。比较了五种不同载体的铜铋催化剂,得到了以Al_2O_3-MgO-SiO_2三组份为载体的催化剂。它具有活性和选择性较好、机械磨损少和活性稳定等优点。适宜于安全的淤浆床工艺使用。
The catalytic behaviors and abrasion resistances of five solid carriers for acetylene catalyst of 1, 4-butynediol synthesis by slurry bed with lower reaction pressure are investigated in this paper. A three component Al_2O_3-MgO-SiO_2 carrier prepared bears both high activity and selectivity, and with better abrasion resistance and stability makes it possible to be valuable for industrial applications.
