摘要:以干酪素酶解产物为介质对膜分离进行了研究。讨论了碱性和中性条件下膜分离过程中膜两侧浓度、流通量 ( J)和总氮截留率 ( σ)的变化。发现 p H值低污染度高 ,截留分子量大的膜污染度大。用 0 .1 mol/L的氢氧化钠和 5m L/L的 84消毒液浸泡洗涤可使膜的水通量恢复 94 %。在干酪素水解液的超滤中 ,阻力主要来自于凝胶层。凝胶层的阻力比膜阻力大 1至 2个数量级。
The membrane separation for casein zymohydrolysis was studied. The changes of concentrations on both sides of membrane under alkali and neutral conditions during the procedure were observed and discussed. The relationships between flux J and time t and between trapped ratios σ of total nitrogen and t for neutral and alkali conditions are: J 1=-3.192 3 ln t+9.627 9; σ 1=0.11+0.081 t; J 2= -0.375 4 ln t+4.509 3; σ 2=0.21-8.8×10 -6 t , respectively. The membrane contamination degree is larger at lower pH or higher MWCO membrane. The membrane flux can be recovered to reach 94% by soaking membrane in the solution of 0.1 mol/L NaOH and 5mL/L 84 disinfectant.The resistance of the gel layer is of 1 to 2 order higher than that of the membrane.The main resistance comes from the gel layer.
