摘要：五味屋是农村儿童友好社区建构的典型案例。在抽象的理论层面上,其发展符合第三条路的农村发展观,即以内生为主,善用内外部资源整合,以农村既有的优势建构出农村儿童友好社区的主体性。在具体的操作层面上,其建构策略呼应社会工作视角所强调的资源整合与培养增能,即社区工作者运用"物的再生"与"人的再生"等资源整合的方式来服务儿童,甚至能形成促发儿童增能以服务他人的亮点。结论主张儿童友好社区在农村中要有农村发展观的第三条路思维,其运作的过程需要有社会工作的资源整合思考,更要在儿童增能这个常被忽略的面向上有策略地引导。
Wuweishuwu is a typical case of the construction of rural children friendly community. On the abstract theoretical level,its development conforms to the Third-Way rural development concept.Namely,it’s endogenesis-oriented while making good use of internal and external resources integration.Wuweishuwu demonstrates the importance of building rural children friendly community with the existing advantages of rural areas. On a specific operational level,the construction strategy of Wuweiwu echoes the resource integration and cultivation of energy enhancement emphasized in the perspective of social work,that is,community workers use resources such as "regeneration of objects"and "regeneration of people"to serve children. This can even empower children to serve others. The paper advocates that a child-friendly community must have the Third-Way of thinking. The process of its operation requires the integration of social work resources,and it should be strategically guided in the aspect of children’s empowerment.
